"I made reservations and was very particular about it's distance to the casino. I was told several times it was w/in walking distance to the casino. When we arrived, we found they booked us at the wrong Travelodge and it was at least 5-7 miles away from the casino. I was very upset and the young man at the desk couldn't do a thing about it. This is not a service I would use again."

"The first thing I was unhappy about was that the pool and jacuzzi were still out of service. I had booked the room based on these amenities. When I made the reservations on line, there was a note that the the pool and jacuzzi would be in service. I did not know there was a date change until the day I arrived.
The woman at the desk was very vague about our directions to the room. She showed us where to park but did not give clear instructions as to where the entrance to the building was.
The staff did not have helpful information regarding the Ford Museum. We went to an information kiosk down the road. Considering that this attraction is so close to your hotel, it would be great for customer service if the staff/hotel had information on directions to this place.
I noticed that the walls in our room were very dirty and scraped. They could really have used a coat of paint. I noticed that the carpets were really stained too.
The beds were comfortable and it was quiet so we slept well."
